DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH
A diamond earns its sparkle from the pressure it endures, come claim yours.

This group is for teenage girls between the age of 14-16 years old. In this group we will be addressing
​self-discovery and self-empowerment. 

GROUP GOALS:

• Express your thoughts, feelings, ideas and VOICE in a safe space. 
• Explore the unique traits and strengths that make you who you are. 
• Explore relationships and identify ways to strengthen them. 
• Practice setting boundaries that support your spiritual, mental, and physical health. 
• Practice social skills by supporting and encouraging each other to find strength and connection in our stories.

 
  DETAILS:

• 6-10 participants only
• Commitment: 5 weeks
• Fees:
  • ​$20 per session
  • Book: $11.50
• When: Saturdays, April 20,2024- May 18, 2024, 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.
