Life is a lot like football. It’s a game of strategy, resilience, and teamwork. There are moments when you’re running full speed toward the end zone, and others when you feel stuck at the line of scrimmage, unsure of the next play. Sometimes, despite all your effort, life throws an unexpected fumble your way. You don’t have to face the game alone. Every great athlete has a coach, someone who sees their potential, helps them sharpen their skills, and guides them through challenges. In the same way, I’m here to support you, to help you break through obstacles, and to remind you that setbacks don’t define you—how you respond to them does. On this journey, think of me as your coach—helping you build the tools, mindset, and confidence to succeed. No matter where you are in this season of life, I believe in your ability to push forward. Whether you need encouragement, a fresh perspective, or just someone to remind you of the strength you already have, I’m here. Alaric May, II graduated from the University of West Alabama with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He’s an EMDR trained, Associate Licensed Counselor.
