Dear Strong Friend, Life can feel heavy—especially when you’re used to helping everyone else carry their load. When you’re always holding it together for others, it’s easy to forget that you need and deserve support too. You don’t have to carry everything alone. I provide a supportive space where you can slow down, speak freely, and feel truly understood. Therapy isn’t about me giving you all the answers—it’s about gaining clarity, processing what’s beneath the surface, and developing tools to move forward with confidence. I am passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health. Seeking support is not a weakness—it’s a powerful step toward healing and growth. Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means the pain no longer controls your life. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the first step. Ashley Robinson-Freeman, MS, ALC earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2023 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2026, graduating with honors.
Ashley is passionate about helping individuals, children, and families navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and emotional wellness. She is committed to creating a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
